In this episode of Unlocking Levels, I revisit a specific time in my life that is considered to be rock bottom for me and I share the valuable lessons that I was able to extract from it. It’s important that when we’re in these dark times to first know that it won’t last forever and 2nd there is always something to be gained from the experience.
I’ve found it wise to make sure to learn the lesson that life is teaching you in those moments because life has a funny way of coming back around with the same tests until you finally learn it. In this episode, I share a lot of my personal history dealing with fighting cancer, battling self identity issues and why it’s important to take moments during those times to be open to why and how it’s all happening for you.
The goal of this episode is to help you unlock a new level by understanding that even the times that feel like the worst of times are happening for you ias part of your own unique experience of life. It’s important to catch the lesson.
