Hello Friends! In today's episode, we discussed all things habits. You see, habits are the daily tasks that propel you towards your goals. Habits help you become efficient and intentional with your time so that you can use your gifts to bring glory to God. According to an article by Science Daily, 40% of everything we do on a daily basis is built off of habits. If 40% of our day is built on habits, we need to ask ourselves this question: "What habits take up our day?"
The unique aspect of habits is that they can propel us to either achieve success or failure. But one thing we so often forget is that we are in charge of what habits we create. We are in charge of where we put our time. We are in charge of where we put our intentions. You have the choice to change your life right now. Although we all have obstacles in life and undergo different struggles, God will give you the strength and opportunity to turn your life around. It is just your job to get up, grab His hand, and live your life on mission.
When you were born, God had a beutiful intention for your life. He wants to carry it out to completion, it's just YOUR job to live out this intention. One way you can do this is to break bad habits and form positive, life-changing ones!

#4: Daily reminding myself what matters in life
If you're struggling with building habits, I want to assure you that God's got you. Because He loves you, He will give you the strength to overcome the things of this world. He will fight for you everyday to build the habits that will expand His kingdom.
