Today I am talking about the idea of becoming the person you want to be. We all have this vision of our ideal selves. These include our goals, accomplishments, our future career, our future family, etc. Oftentimes, we know what we want to be, but how do we become that person?
Of course, it takes motivation to work hard and be the person you want to be. However, motivation fluctuates. It's not always constant. However, discipline is something we can lean on because rather than it being a feeling, it's actually a choice.
In this episode, I share different ways we can find the strength to fuel our discipline so that we can effectively work toward the person we want to be!
