It can be so easy to focus solely on the physical aspect of fitness and health. However, I am challenging myself (and you) to realize that we should be healthy so that we can better use our gifts to serve God and love others. Our bodies hold our heart, soul, and mind, so we need to take care of the body God gave us. Fitness and health shouldn't only be about what we look like. It should be about how we feel. When we take care of our bodies, we can live the life God created us to live!
