Dr Antonis Chaldeos (PhD in History, University of Johannesburg) is an independent researcher and currently affiliated with the University of Johannesburg as a Research Associate. Antonis studied and published his research on the Greek presence in the horn of Africa (Ethiopia, Eritrea, Djibouti, Somalia), Zambia, Tanzania, South Africa, Sudan, Morocco, Tunisia, Burundi and Ruanda, as well as the effects of the French and British colonialism and post-colonialism to the Greek populations in the respective countries, after extensive travelling both in Africa and Europe.
