Description

Dr Ioannis Tsipouridis (PhD, University of Leeds), a chemical engineer in renewables since 1978 and I discuss his wind energy journey from Greece to Kenya through his roles as:

and in the Direction of Renewable Energy Sources (Public Power Corporation of Greece (P.P.C.)), through developing wind and photovoltaic parks in the Aegean and Crete in the ’80s and ’90s.

Ioannis is also the Chairman of the nonprofit entity Africa For Renewables In Climate Action, whose acronym is A.F.R.I.C.A. among his many social and scientific activities.
