No, but in all seriousness, November 5th is quickly approaching and let me just say: the political climate in America can be disheartening. In so many ways, the American church went about 2020 in a way that prevented people from seeing the beauty of Jesus. So how do we prevent that from happening again? How do we navigate being renewed in Jesus in the midst of a climate that can bring about thoughts, fears, feelings, and division?
In today's episode, we talk about what it looks like to be set apart as a Christian in today's political climate: being sober minded and tenderhearted, rather than hardheaded and coldhearted. SOOOOOO much easier said than done, but that's why we depend on the Spirit right?
