The answer is "めろい".
I have only recently learned about this term, but apparently it is commonly used on social networking sites.
I have not heard it in conversation and would recommend that it is not yet used in formal situations, such as at work.
私も最近知った言葉なのですが、どうやらSNS上でよく使われているようです。
