RPE - Rate of Perceived Exertion

This can be a tricky subject to tackle as it is variable from person to person. Coach Anderson and Coach Rhett break down what RPE is, how it is useful in gauging workouts, and ways to quantify what exactly RPE is. While RPE isn't a new thing, it isn't often used in the CrossFit space.
