The guest for episode 7 of The Keep It Posi Podcast is Lindsay Manfredi. Lindsay plays bass in the two-time gold-album selling alternative rock band, Cold. The band is known for songs such as “Stupid Girl”, “Suffocate”, “A Different Kind of Pain”, and many more. Lindsay joined the band after she received a Facebook message from Scooter, the band’s lead vocalist, back in 2014. Since then, she’s been playing and writing music with them. Lindsay recently made her debut as an author with her first book titled "Unf*ckwithable: A Guide To Inspired Badassery".
