This week, The Posi Spotlight is focused on Namastray, a nonprofit cat rescue based in San Diego. Namastray’s mission is to remove cats and kittens out of shelters and into forever homes. The rescue was started by Tori, who is certified in yin yoga, and Lora, who is a yoga instructor and sound healer. Their vision is to create a mindful approach to cat adoption.
