It has been around for over 25 years and has successfully completed hundreds of thousands of jobs. With all of this, in 2012, another company called Airteck Indoor Air Solutions was acquired. With over 16 years of education, experience, and expertise, his businesses continue to grow immensely.
He attended the University of KwaZulu- Natal and graduated in 2006 in B.Com. Marketing and Management. Being both a marketing expert and brand strategist, he won various awards and achievements, which include taking a consumer luxury brand to the Emmy Awards, increasing ROI for various brands, and being asked to be part of the "Dream Team" for the FIFA 2010 Soccer World Cup. He was also asked to join the board of Gauteng Tourism by the Department of Economic Development, won the TGI "Ask Africa Orange Index" Brand Award, South African Council of Shopping Centre, and International Council of Shopping Centers Industry Marketing and PR awards. Finally, becoming a recipient of National Business Awards and International Property Media Awards. With all of this, Panday expands by reaching his short/ long term goals, and by letting his employees understand that he values them, while also investing in them, all revolving around a system.
