This is episode is on quite a controversial topic but one that I wanted to cover from both angles as a certified personal trainer, however please note this is purely based on my opinion and I am NOT a qualifies dietician or nutritionist.

Personally I believe that a healthy diet coupled with cardio exercise and strength training is the most sustainable way to achieve health, wellness and longevity.
