Description

Our strength decreases as we age as our muscle mass peaks in our 30s after which it slowly declines (5% every decade).
Often I hear women say they don't want to lift weights because they don't want to get 'big and bulky' (but this is based on your body frame and genetics but it would take a serious amount of lifting and time...so don't fear as this is not going to happen!) However, what you will achieve is more body definition and body tone as well as the following benefits:
Increasing your longevity
Reducing your risk of chronic diseases
Burning more calories by EPOC
Preventing cognitive decline and keeping the brain healthy
However 75% of the UK population not performing muscle strengthening activities twice a week (which the UK health guidelines recommend).
Whether you are looking to tone up or lose some body fat having a goal to aim for is 100% going to help motivate you and keep you on track when the going gets tough (and it does!)
Investing in a Coach to help you achieve your goals is one of the best investments you can make.
