I talk about how I worked on my own mindset to overcome injury niggles and be prepared for the race, how grateful I was to run for a small Cambridge charity called ‘Please Take Me There’ and achieve all 3 personal goals I set myself for the Virgin London Marathon 2019. Also how I went on to complete Milton Keynes Marathon 8 days later and finished the day off with an indoor Skydive (certainly loosened the muscles up!)⠀
