So I'm delighted to share episode 50 with you all. Thank you to each and everyone that has listened to the show!

2020 has been a difficult year for us all but it is those who choose to find a way are the ones that will flourish. As the saying goes 'Every adversity carry's a seed of greater or equivalent benefit'.

Therefore I chose to embrace two challenges through two lock-downs! To do my first 'shred' through the Summer (definitely the better time of year I felt) and my 1st  'bulk' (well phase 1 as it take a long time to build some muscle!). 

I share with you the things I have learnt not just on both these transformation journeys but what I have learnt throughout my fitness endeavours:

1. You're never too old to change/improve

2. Mindset is everything

3. It's all about consistency

4. How to achieve a body transformation/weight-loss

5. Don't be afraid to build muscle
