This episode is dedicated to Cameroon. Since 2016, the two English speaking regions of Cameroon have been in a crisis situation which has let to the loss of lives and property. As John Maxwell says everything rises and falls on leadership, I think Cameroonian leaders have not done what they should have done to end this crisis. In this episode I've brought out two of those leadership aspects that have been lacking, which if considered could greatly influence the crisis positively.
