Description

Happy Holidays all!! Dan, Matt and Jared talk plenty of football (Chiefs are back, Giants and Jets are actually getting worse) and soccer (Matt hates everything that happened this past weekend .... everything), but we have a bigger request of our listeners during this holiday season.

Please follow the below link to read and learn about the story of little Isla Caton of England. Isla came to our attention via Matt as she is a MASSIVE West Ham supporter. The following message comes from Isla's family.

"Isla Caton is almost 7 years old. She has been fighting stage 4 Neuroblastoma cancer for almost 5 of her years on Earth. In this time she has undergone more treatment than I can even express - chemo, radiation, two stem cell transplants, countless amounts of bone marrow taken, brain surgery as well as a 12 hour op to remove the main tumor. She has had immunotherapy and MIBG therapy as well as so so much more. I could fill the page up and still need more room. We were told in 2018 that Isla had 3 months to live so we sold everything we had and raised a lot of money and took Isla to Barcelona for life saving treatment. We stayed in Spain for 2 years fighting but when Covid hit we had to return home. We have now been trying to find the right trial here in the UK. We have now decided to spend our time making sure Isla has the most wonderful life we can give her and to make as many amazing memories as we can. So instead of fundraising for medical costs we now feel it's time to give Isla as much happiness as humanly possible - if anyone deserves it, it's our baby girl."

Isla and her family recently learned that her cancer has spread to her bones and she may not make it until Christmas. We here at PSS and the FWPN want little Isla to get as much out her life as possible. Please follow the link below to donate to her cause and her happiness.
