Ruben talks about how he ended up in Silicon Valley, why he started Career Karma, why now is the time to reskill, and why software is eating the world.   We also talk about the role of digital advocacy include the Black Panther Party's 10-point program, we mentioned the passing of legends Civil Rights legends John Lewis and C.T. Vivian, and the need for more Black people to get involved in technology.
