Coach Spaulding references the book the OUTLIERs by Malcom Gladwell and his views on putting in 10,000 hours of practice, to achieve their dreams and goals. The episode also includes 3 principles of developing a routine and sticking to it, stop using the blame game as a “cop-out” and finding an accountability partner. These 3 principles are great starting points to helping students get the most out of their experiences in school and life.
