These are my 5 steps that I use to stop worrying about what others think of me. I used to be so shy, so timid, I'd never speak in front of others. (This was only 4 years ago). So what changed? I transformed the way I perceived myself, I changed the way I talked to myself and I changed the way I treated myself. I stopped seeing myself as less than others. I stopped letting others have power over me. I stopped thinking I wasn't smart enough or beautiful enough achieve my goals. I started putting myself out there so I could build my confidence. These tools in this episode are exactly what lead me to stop worrying about what people think of me and have allowed me to place my opinion as most important.
