Today on the CAP, it's rinse and repeat for the lawmakers here in Hawaii as a movement to increase the minimum wage gains traction. We spent a bevy of time already, but it seems that our local legislature is as forgetful as Dory from Finding Nemo, although that's not a fair comparison because the fish remembers more than our own politicians.
