美麗的錯誤(!?)疫情意外讓德國站回氣候模範班；褐色經濟搭起疫情紓困順風車？
2019年德國溫室氣體減量表現優異，更是比2009年減量幅度來得更好，且不像2009年的減量來自經濟衰退，2019年則是經濟up up、再生能源up up、碳價up up；然而，肺炎的衝擊下，也似乎造成美麗的錯誤，讓德國2020年減量重新回歸正途(?!)
另一方面，各大機構紛紛呼籲紓困的同時，不只要搶救人類，更要強調紓困救地球，不要讓褐色經濟搭上疫情紓困的順風車，把永續轉型再多判幾年碳鎖定的刑期。
