I wasn't a main guest in this show, but I had a bit part in asking David J. about the expressivist theory of punishment (around the 55 min- 1 hour mark) and then toward the end I discuss my take on a Consequentialist vs. Retributionist justification for punishment and finish off with my take on the use of the death penalty (starting around the 1 hour 25 min mark through to the end).
