In this short episode, I assess the merits (or rather demerits) of Dr. Allan Mill's Singlet Oxygen based "Russell Effect" hypothesis (a known photographic effect) for explaining the formation of the Shroud's body images. As we shall see, it utterly fails to explain the Shroud minimal relelvant features (MRF's).
