Yvonne and Kristen start this episode off strong by discussing how to spell E T I Q U E T T E because that's the subject and Kristen didn't know that's how you spell it. As a client the ladies know there can be some confusion and questions around etiquette with your services. Like anything involving the beauty world they are here to guide you through it all. There are some do's and do nots that are discussed as well to help make things transparent and understandable.
