Description

Alex Katz is an entrepreneur, personal trainer and wellness coach who helps women build unbreakable mental and physical strength. She combines her experience as a fitness professional and competitive Ninja Warrior athlete with her work in mental health and nutrition coaching to provide clients with a holistic approach to building strength. Alex teaches women to conquer fears, push past self doubt and become physically strong without dieting or spending hours in the gym.



After overcoming her own challenges with childhood abuse, homelessness, disordered eating and a broken spine, Alex has made it her life's work to help others tap into their inner strength and resilience to overcome their own obstacles.
