Chapter 6
This chapter contains the prophecies attributed to the prophet Hosea son of Beeri, about an exhortation to repentance (Hosea 6:1-3) and a complaint against Israel and Judah for persisting still in their wickedness (Hosea 6:4-11). It is a part of the Book of the Twelve Minor Prophets.
Lesson
Hosea reassures Gomer that despite her former sin he will keep his promises. He will love her and be loyal to her. The parable of Hosea and Gomer foreshadows the perfect, redeeming, and passionate love that God in Christ has for all his people throughout history.

Chapter 7
chapter is about Israel reproved for multiple sins (Hosea 7:1-10) resulting in God's wrath against them for their hypocrisy
lesson
He longs to redeem all of us. There is no sin too big for Jesus to forgive. There is no place far enough to run that you cannot come home to Him. He is pursuing you, desperately longing for you to return to Him.

Chapter 8
For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind." This is considered a proverb which states that works have rewards and actions have consequences, especially that people may face negative consequences for their bad actions. "Reap the whirlwind" has been used as the title for several works of fiction.

For the sacrifices of My offerings they sacrifice flesh and eat it, But the LORD does not accept them. Now He will remember their iniquity and punish their sins. They shall return to Egypt.”

Chapter 9
Do not rejoice, O Israel; do not be jubilant like the other nations. For you have been unfaithful to your God; you love the wages of a prostitute at every threshing floor. Threshing floors and winepresses will not feed the people; the new wine will fail them.
