Today on cooking with Chanel the visually impaired way. I share my chicken and rice recipe then I made over the weekend using the following ingredients: 2 cups of jasmine rice, two cans of cream of chicken soup, half a bag of frozen mixed vegetables, half of a boneless skinless chicken breast, two boy on cubes, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder.
