Today on cooking with Chenelle the visually impaired way. I do about my chili rice cooker recipe. You can adapt this recipe for people who eat meat or who are vegetarian. The ingredients are: one can of diced tomatoes, one can of tomato paste, one chili packet, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of basil 1 teaspoon of creole seasoning, one rice cup of lentils inside a sauce pan with 2 cups of water cook for 15 minutes until done add to stainless steel pot with diced tomatoes, seasoning and mix well add three Rice cups of vegetable stock and cook for 25 minutes and rice cooker. This is the vegetarian version. You can add beef kielbasa, pork Kabah C or turkey Kabasa to this recipe as well and if you do not want vegetable stock you could add water. You can also replace the Kabah C with chicken, chicken seasoning and chicken stock you remove the chili powder, chili packet from the recipe if you’re doing chicken chili you also replace the lentils with white beans.
