Today on cooking with Chenelle the visually impaired way. I share my pumpkin bread recipe. I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it. The ingredients are: four eggs, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking soda, three coats and 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 2 cups brown sugar cook on 350°F for 45 minutes and let cool for 15 minutes before removing from loaf pan.
