Today on Cooking with Chenelle the visually impaired way. I share a really great recipe for the Middle East called Lebanese nights I hope you enjoy this recipe. It’s in three parts part one the custard. 4 cups of milk, one cup of semolina, 1. cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon rosewater continue to stir until thicken place into bowl with cellophane for one hour. Second part: whip topping. 2 cups milk 2 tablespoons sugar four tablespoons cornstarch 1 cup water stir until creamy and then takeoff stove then place in to bowl with chopped pistachios on top of custard and whipped cream and let sit for eight hours in the refrigerator before serving. Final step: sugar syrup. 2 cups sugar 1 cup water 1 teaspoon rosewater 1 teaspoon lemon juice stir until sugar and water have evaporated. This recipe serves 6 to 8 people.
