Today On cooking with Chenelle the visually impaired way. I share my Olivia salad recipe with everyone that likes russian potato salad. I hope everyone enjoys this recipe as much as I enjoy making it for my family and friends here in the states. The ingredients are: three potatoes cut up, boiled and rinsed. One cup of peas, one cup of shredded carrots, one head of broccoli, two cans of Vienna sausages chicken/beef/pork. Two boiled eggs and one jar of mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients in bowl cover with saran wrap place in the refrigerator for two hours to call. This recipe conserve 8 to 10 people.
