Today on cooking with Chenelle the visually impaired way. I share my famous chicken and shrimp gumbo recipe with everybody. I hope you enjoy this recipe is much is I enjoyed making it for my friends and family. Here are the ingredients to Chenelle‘s chicken and shrimp gumbo recipe: one package of cooked shrimp, two boneless skinless chicken breast, 2 cups of chicken stock, 3 cups of water, one can of tomato paste, one can of diced tomatoes, one chopped bell pepper, three stocks of chopped celery One chopped onion, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon creole seasoning, 1 teaspoon gumbo seasoning, one teaspoon chicken seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon basil, 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper, and a pinch of oregano into crockpot. If you want to replace the chicken with andouille sausage, turkey sausage, beef sausage, or pork sausage you can do so or if you want a vegetarian option you can just add mixed vegetables or any other kind of vegetable to the crockpot along with vegetable stock and vegetable bouillon cubes. You can place this over rice or noodles when serving.
