The ingredients are: one boneless skinless chicken breast chopped up, one chopped onion, one chopped clove of garlic, one cup of rice, one teaspoon of coriander, 1 teaspoon allspice, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of ginger, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of sea salt, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 tablespoon curry powder 2 cups of water/vegetable stock/chicken stock you can take your pick out which one you want to use it’s up to you. 3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil in skillet in 1 cup of lentils.
