Today on cooking with Chenelle the visually impaired way. I’m sure my smoke sausage and pepper rice dish with everyone that loves a little spiciness in their life in their food! I hope you enjoy this recipe is much as I enjoy making. The ingredients are: 2 cups of rice, one package of smoked sausage, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon allspice, 1 teaspoon coriander, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper,, 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper, a pinch of Basil and 1 teaspoon creole seasoning. One shot onion, two chopped clothes of garlic, three chopped bell peppers red, yellow and green. This takes roughly 45 minutes to an hour to make if you do not have all ingredients chopped ahead of time. It feeds 4 to 6 people. I hope you enjoy this recipe.
