LJ Marinello is a Senior Leader at Microsoft Corporation. During her 20+ years at Microsoft, LJ has held various leadership and technical roles in Microsoft Services, Support, and now Global Partner Solutions, US (GPSUS). LJ has been a featured keynote speaker at Microsoft TechEd, Comdex, and at the Internet World Conference representing Microsoft as a Subject Matter Expert on e-commerce, digital transformation, and diversity in the workplace. LJ has also served as the Co-President of the Women@Microsoft employee diversity group, which has over 15,000 members worldwide. LJ received a B.S. from Kean University in Computer Science and her M.S. from the University of Maryland in Information Technology and International Business. LJ is currently working on her Doctor of Business Administration Degree (DBA). LJ lives in New Jersey with her four children and loves to travel and decorate in her free time.
