Marilyn Moise Rousseau is an Information Technology Leader with over 30 years of industry experience, working mostly at large healthcare organizations on the implementation and management of complex business and clinical database systems. She specializes in SQL Server Database Systems and oversees a team of Senior DBAs at Baptist Health South Florida.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Marilyn is also a Leadership Coach who works with high-achieving Women in Tech to create work-life harmony, so they can thrive in their careers while taking care of their families. Marilyn is a sought-after expert on matters of personal and professional development. She leads engaging and transformational retreats and workshops, and is a regular presenter at professional associations, industry conferences, seminars, and educational events across the US.
Marilyn holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelors in Computer Science (BSCS), and an Associate degree in Computer Engineering (ACE). She earned her Professional Coaching Advanced Certificate from the University of Miami. Marilyn is a native of Haiti, who speaks: English, French, Haitian Creole, and Spanish. In her spare time, she loves to travel, read, dance, and spend time with her family. She resides in Sunrise, FL.
