  4. Be yourself. Let those around you know how you are feeling. Let people know if you need space or are not feeling up to something. Let your feelings arise and deal with them. Don’t let them fester.
  5. Pamper yourself.
  6. Sleep is key to healthy healing.
  7. Nutrition and staying hydrated.
  8. Exercise.
  9. Stay positive.
  10. Surround yourself with people for who you are.
  11. Pets can also give you a positive boost.
