David Olson is the General Manager of 1-800 Water Damage Seattle. David has over 40 years of experience starting at "the bottom of the totem pole" in a green truck at ServPro of Gig Harbor. He went on to own that Franchise, become the Washington State Director for ServPro, moved on to be the VP of Operations Training at Puroclean and is now General Manager of 1-800 Water Damage Seattle. We talk about all of his past experiences, developing a positive culture, communication and having fun at work. David has a passion for educating restorers on the true "art of restoration."
