Mark Springer is the owner of Dayspring Restoration and the President of the Restoration Industry Association (RIA). In this episode Mark and I talk about his background, growing his company from $75,000 to almost $20M and what the RIA is doing to better the working lives and relationships of the restoration contractor. Mark and his team at the RIA are working hard to execute a plan and cause real change in the restoration industry. Mark discusses the progress that has been made with XACTIMATE, Third Party Consultants (TPC), Third Party Administrators (TPA) and virtual education. Mark also shares the future initiatives of the RIA and how anyone in the restoration industry can get involved.
