On todays episode I speak with serial entrepreneur Daniel Villota about his journey in business. Daniel from Ecuador developed a love for business at a young age and currently runs several businesses.
Upon completing his MBA in Thailand, he found himself living off a friend’s couch with a mere 66 USD in his pocket. He had an important decision to make, either call his parents and go back home or find a way to make it on his own in a foreign country. Determined to make it on his own, he started a surf school with a few friends, and within the first month they had generated over 11 000 USD on an island populated with other surf schools. He equates the success of his surfing school to his strategic approach to sales and marketing.
Today Daniel also runs a social marketing agency, E-Media Asia, where he helps businesses thrive through providing marketing support.
Stay tuned, this episode is not to be missed, especial if you are thinking about pursuing the path of entrepreneurship.
