To be honest, there's nothing wrong with that. We're all for creating art 24/7. Creating opportunities for displaying you art is just as important for us though. Delegating this task to a "manager" or a "PR" person is ok but this shouldn't be your main source. You shouldn't completely rely on your team to be creating your opportunities.
