In the first segment, I address a new study out of Oregon State University, involving cannabis compounds and their effect on COVID. It found evidence that these compounds can have a "virus neutralizing" effect against COVID-19. The research hasn't moved to human trials yet, but I wanted to explain the potential significance of this study. Also, I discuss the hemp industry, and why we need to start investing in it today. In my guest segment, I am joined by Blair Walsingham. Blair is a former Congressional candidate from Tennessee's 1st district & a current member of the Forward Party. In this segment we cover: her running for Congress, running as a Democrat in a red state, what issues unite Democrats and Republicans, and why people in red states are so against the Democratic Party. We also discuss Universal Basic Income - what it is and why she believes in it.
