CQ Blind Hams TechZoom Sunday, August 17th, 2025
Marvin W5MRR welcomed everyone and turned the microphone to Robert NC5R for a presentation on the M1KE from SharkRF.
Robert introduced and described the M1KE, discussed accessibility, demonstrated how a blind person can work with the M1KE even though the visual display is not accessible, provided some samples of how the M1KE receives AllStar, D-STAR and DMR signals and described the web interface.
Participants asked questions and made comments throughout the TechZoom. Everyone shared important information. We all enjoyed learning from each other.
