We had some really great success this week with the challenge, but more importantly, we discussed some hard things. Change is never easy, and we have a candid conversation about low points and how we plan to resolve them. We know this is relatable and real content and that someone listening my realize that they are not alone. Hang in there you guys. Change and growth is sometimes difficult but it's always worth it.
