She went into consulting through a non-traditional pathway and struggled to find the resources needed to succeed at the start of her consulting career. Her mission is to help support, strengthen, and elevate the work of women in consulting so they can stand out in a male-dominated industry. In spite of all that she’s been through, she is able to maintain self-care and balance her career and a growing family, among other responsibilities.
