Welcome to the Fitness Chronicles Podcast, where we interview Health and Fitness leaders that have been there and done that. Stories from business professionals that are impacting the Wellness space in a positive way. Today’s interview is with Dr. Brian Zuleger.

Brian has over 15 years of experience working in sport and fitness in a variety of roles from the youth to professional level. Brian is, among many things, a Mental Strength Coach through his work at Arete Performance as well as an Education Coach and a Professor of Sport Psychology in the Kinesiology Department at Adams State University where he is teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in sport psychology.

Brian is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant with the Association for Applied Sport Psychology and is on the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee Sport Psychology and Mental Skills Training Registry. Brian is a Certified Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine, he is a United States Track and Field Level 2 certified coach and is SafeSport Trained.

As a side note as we are about to begin the podcast, Dr. Zuleger has agreed to do a regular podcast with the Fitness Chronicles where we will take questions from our audience on mental health and how it applies to health and fitness. This will be regular re-curring podcast I am going to do with Dr. Zuleger and I am really looking forward to spreading awareness in the field.
