Weight Loss is a constant struggle, a pendelum that keeps swinging your emotions, health and body in all different directions. Lets face it, weight loss is hard but the results give you an out of this world feeling and new confidence.

In this episode, Nikeisha Lee and Stephanie Crosdale White discuss their weight loss journey, the good, bad and in between. Nikeisha started her health and fitness journey in the year 2019  weighing 200 pounds and to date has loss an impressive 40 pounds. Stephanie started at 245 pounds and in 4 years has lost a whopping 70 pounds.

They both admit that it is indeed challenging but with self motivation, discipline and consistency, weight loss and a healthy lifestyle is indeed achievable.
