In this episode I talk a little bit about my relationship with anger. What it is, what it feels like and how I've been able to manage my anger. Anger is a venomous emotion that touches all of us. It's necessary for survival in certain circumstances, but the issue is when we allow this emotion to take over our daily lives or we express it in unhealthy ways.
